Bob,
I wanted to let you know the refrigerator showed up a couple of days ago and I was just able to find a transformer to get it going. It’s working real well in keeping things nice and cold. I am using a 300 watt transformer that only does a little over 3 amps while the fridge is 5 amps. A fellow dorm mate told me that would be fine, but then he contacted me after I plugged it in and said it would need a minimum 500 watt one. So far the transformer is not excessively hot and no circuits are blowing so I hope it continues to work.

I received your package on Friday, the 14th of March. I wanted to
write you and say Thank You. All our guys here including me appreciated
your thoughtful gifts and snacks. The cigars were a big hit along with
the movies (which I am currently holding onto and will distribute after I watch them) and the compact travel toothbrushes.

Wow, if there’s one thing you can always count on the ****l’s for is it’s CONNECTIONS… Bob, I’m very happy to take you up on the offer. That would help morale while we’re running 24/7 ops.
I like the cowboy night in particular, too. After all, we are a cavalry unit and even today when they were awarding the combat infantry badges and a couple of combat medical badges there were guys wearing our signature stetson hats that make up part of our dress uniform.

Bob,
Hey, hope this finds you doing well. I got the box that your group sent out today and it put a smile on a lot of the troops faces when I shared some of the home made cookies that were sent in the box and the toothbrushes and holders.

Bob,
I got three boxes over the last two days. Yesterday, I got the box with the paper bags and goodies in it. I kept the popcorn for myself and shared everything else. I couldn’t help it, I am a popcorn addict!
Today, I got two boxes, one of which contained the print rolling supplies and more goodies.

Dear Bob,
I work at Keystone Wood Specialties so I know you although you
don’t know me. When my son was in Iraq ,he was a thankful recipient of
“the care packages from Florida”.

Thank you for all the packages. I’ve enjoyed their contents and really enjoyed passing out the contents to my fellow soldiers. Funny that no one wants to take candy and chocolate from you, but when the candy is left out it always disappears. I received two big boxes of hospital scrubs. Really enjoyed the fashion show. Couldn’t get any of our wounded soldiers to wear the small sizes or the pastel colored scrubs. I did however get one of our male ER nurses to show off a nice lime green ensemble.

I put the humidor that you gave us in the shop for all of my guys to share. I have had so many comments about it that it gave me an idea.
