Bob, email is back to normal, as is the mail distribution! Yes, we can certainly use the tarps, wx stripping, and spray foam. As you may have seen on your trip here, construction off base is very primitive…the school kids could use all the help they can get. As for hot chocolate, individual pkgs are best…we drive around in a truck with a vat of hot water, and the folks mix it right there. The five gallon coolers would be ideal for hot water and cool beverages, yes. As always, we are deeply grateful for your kindness…you are truly making a difference in Central Asia…respectfully, Jim
