troop letter: generous care packages

Each box is like a Christmas gift.
Dear Mr. Williams and crew,
Thank you so very much for all the generous care packages you have been
sending! We are forever grateful for your support. Each box is like a
Christmas gift. I’ve been sharing the boxes with the various troops here at
Camp Ramadi, especially those who go outside the wire on nearly a daily
basis. We receive mail only twice weekly, and the boxes are such a
highlight. I’ve attached a photo of some of the recipients of your generous
gifts. 1LT Wright and SFC Johnson are the platoon leader and platoon
sergeant of one of the platoons who have received some boxes, and they are
truly grateful for them. I’ll be sure to send other photos.
