troop letter: Jay

I wanted to thank you for the last care package, I was on my mid-tour when it arrived and the troops dispersed it.
It made everyone’s day. Hope you got the cigars out, I am surprised that your organization has to pay tax. Hope to see more, and it is a great thing you do for us. For an update, we have been seeing consistent 115 degree + days since I returned on the 5th. I have 4 months left and would like to see if I sent you a name out to you for a new contact as I leave, you all have helped us out greatly.
