The books have come in! We are placing them in strategic places throughout
the base.
Bob, many thanks! Apologies for the late response, things have been quite
hectic with the changes of command (Col H departs on 16 Jun; Col S will be the incoming commander).
I will check what materials we could benefit from, much appreciation for the
offer. I know the window caulking was a big hit. The old soviet era
schools often have the original single-pane glass, and we’ll replace it if
need be. Sometimes all they need is the window foam, and it works like a
charm.
The basket/foot/volleyballs are also extremely welcome. Every school and
village sports area (soccer pitch, old gymnasium) asks if we can provide
them with any kind of ball.
